Welcome to the yoga resource center at morris.yoga! For years, students, friends and family would ask me how to open their shoulders or lower their stress levels. And for years, the only way I could show them how to achieve their goals was in person. With friends and family all over the world, it was impossible to help all of the people I wanted to help... Until now! I created this section for you to be able to learn how to lower stress levels, become stronger, more flexible, balance your chakras, breathe better, and so much more- from anywhere in the world. Whether you're at home, on lunch break at work, on a cruise in the Caribbean, or in your hotel room in Bali, you can pull up these resources and practice.
