3. Plank Knee to Nose (Utthita Chaturanga Variation)
4. Side Plank (Both Sides) (Vasisthasana)
5. Plank Knee to Armpit (Utthita Chaturanga Variation)
6. Locust Hold (Shalabasana)
7. Standing Half Moon (Ardha Chandrasana)
8. Forearm Plank (Makara Adho Mukha Svanasana)
9. Longward Facing Dog (Utthita Adho Mukha Svanasana)
Between the exercises, rest about 10 seconds. Follow along with Andrew. When complete, take a minute rest, then do it again 3-4 times!
